Kids Express Daycare: School-age Care

At Kids Express Daycare, our School-Age Care program offers both before and after-school care, as well as summer enrichment for children ages 5 to 12. We provide a safe, engaging environment with a 1:15 caregiver-to-child ratio, ensuring each child receives the attention and support they need. Our program is designed to balance academic growth with creative activities and social interaction, helping children develop both academically and socially in a fun, stimulating setting.

During the school year, we offer homework support and structured time for completing assignments, giving children the opportunity to stay on top of their studies. In addition to academic support, we engage school-age children in hands-on, creative activities such as arts and crafts, team games, and group projects, which foster critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

In the summer months, our enrichment program takes learning outside the classroom. Children can participate in exciting educational field trips to local parks, swimming pools, and the public library, blending fun with opportunities to explore new environments and build knowledge. These experiences not only enrich children’s learning but also provide memorable moments of exploration and discovery with peers.

We understand that older children need a balance of structure and freedom, which is why our School-Age Care program is designed to give them both. By providing a blend of academic support, recreational activities, and social engagement, we ensure that children continue to grow, learn, and thrive throughout the year in a supportive and enriching atmosphere.
